Coaching: Building self-esteem

If you want to increase your confidence and develop a stronger sense of self-worth, my coaching sessions are for you. Together we will explore your strengths, challenge self-doubt and set achievable goals to help you feel more empowered in your personal and professional life. My approach is supportive and practical, drawing on evidence-based techniques such as CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as humanistic and integrative approaches to help you build sustainable self-esteem and resilience.

LGBTQ+ training for companies and organisations

I offer interactive training sessions for organisations and businesses that want to create more inclusive and supportive environments for LGBTQ+ employees and clients. These sessions cover key topics including understanding LGBTQ+ identities, dealing with unconscious biases and implementing best practice in diversity and inclusion. My training is based on current research and real-world experience and is tailored to the specific needs of your team or organisation. For example, I can help team members navigate identity issues, safely discuss difficult topics and find resources to help them learn from each other’s perspectives and better understand the people they serve.
All training can be tailored to clients and their needs.
